Using the assistant

The VoltOne assistant suggests a likely fault and the parts that may fix it. It is a guide, not an inspection. If you see sparks or smoke, or smell burning, switch off the supply and call us. Do not wait for a reply from the chat.

A suggestion is not an order. Nothing is bought until you confirm a quote.

Orders and prices

Prices include GST, and the quote shows it separately. An order is accepted when our team confirms it; until then you can cancel it from your account or by calling us. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the address is outside our area, and we will tell you why.

Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be cancelled. You can return it under the returns policy.

Payment

You pay at the door by UPI or cash. We do not take card details or payments on this website.

Fitting and visits

Fitting and repair visits are by electricians approved by us, inside our delivery area. Any visit or fitting charge is in your quote before you confirm.

Your account

You can use the site as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for what is done from your signed-in browser. You can delete your account at any time from the account sheet.

Liability

We take care that products are genuine and as described. Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, except where the law does not allow that.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
