Privacy policy
What we collect
When you order: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), delivery address and map pin. When you sign in with Google: your Google name, email and account id. When you use the assistant: the messages, photos and voice notes you send. We also keep your cart in your own browser.
Why
To confirm, deliver and invoice your order, to help with returns and warranty, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing messages.
Who else sees it
Photos, voice notes and messages you send to the assistant are processed by Google's Gemini service to produce a suggestion. Sign-in is handled by Google. Maps and address search use OpenStreetMap, which sees the place you search for or pin. The electrician who visits you sees your name, address and mobile number. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Photos and voice notes you upload are removed from our server after about a day. Orders, invoices and credit notes are kept for as long as tax law requires. Requests to call you back are kept for 12 months after we have dealt with them. Everything else stays until you delete it.
Your choices
If you have an account you can download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, from the account sheet. A guest can ask us by email and we will do it. We correct anything wrong on request.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in and your browser's storage for your cart. No advertising or tracking cookies.
