Returns and refunds
Returning something
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. Start from your account (Orders, then Return items), or without an account from the order tracking box with your order number and mobile number. Choose the items, the reason and your UPI id for the refund.
What cannot be returned
Wire and cable cut to length, installed items and anything marked not returnable. The app shows this when you start a return. Damaged or wrong items are always taken back within the return period.
What happens next
We review the request and tell you if it is approved. We collect the items; when we have them and have checked them, we refund. Items in good condition go back on our shelf.
Refunds
The refund is for the price you paid for the returned items, to the UPI id you gave, within [refund time in working days] working days of us receiving them. A credit note is issued against your tax invoice.

Manufacturers' warranties apply as each brand states. We help you make a claim.
