Where do you deliver?

Within 20 km of our shop in Kalyan Nagar. You pin your location on the map when you order, and we check it against that circle. Outside it, call us and we will see what we can do. Delivery details

How do I pay?

At the door, by UPI or cash. You see the full price with GST before you confirm, and you get a GST invoice.

Can I return something?

Yes, most items within 7 days of delivery, and we refund by UPI. Some items, like cable cut to length, cannot be returned. Returns and refunds

Which languages does the assistant understand?

English, Hindi and Kannada, typed or spoken. A person at the shop is always a phone call away.

What if it looks dangerous?

If you see sparks or smoke, or smell burning, switch off the supply at the MCB, keep away from the fault and call us on +91 99450 47385. VoltOne shows the same advice if you describe a fault like that.

Do I need an account?

No. You can order as a guest and track your order with its number and your mobile number. An account (sign in with Google) keeps your orders, invoices and addresses in one place.
